I find the feedback section in Betterworks super helpful as it allows me to check my performance reviews for different financial years. This helps me track my growth, reflect on past reviews, identify areas of improvement, and recognize my progress. The initial setup was very easy to follow, which I appreciated, and consolidating all feedback and tracking my performance by setting priorities makes everything standardized and efficient in one place.
