What do you like best about BetterSTR?

Quick and easy to setup, sync's listing and reservation details. has a weather widget and Viator where we get 4% commission on any activities booked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterSTR?

haven't had any yet, being new sometimes the layout of their portal can be a little quirky but it's come a long way; the guestbook facing the guests is good though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BetterSTR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Guests get sent a link with an easy to use guidebook, instruction manuals, video how-to's meaning less questions. contains wifi details and booking recommendations too. The AI chat is handy too for those that don't want to scroll through the guide, they can ask things like "Does the property have a microwave" and the AI knows what amenities the property has and if anything is in the guide relating to it, then it responds with a meaningful response too.
