What do you like best about BetterQA?

I appreciated that BetterQA connected the testing to actual application behavior instead of treating performance as a single number. Their work helped us see where response times changed as activity increased and gave the technical team clearer information to use when reviewing application performance and potential improvements. What do you dislike about BetterQA?

The testing required some preparation before BetterQA could build meaningful performance conditions around the application. We needed to identify the workflows that mattered most and provide technical context, so the process wasn't completely plug-and-play.
