What do you like best about BetterQA?

What I liked most was the practical focus of BetterQA's automation work. The tests were built around functionality that mattered to the product rather than being treated as a separate technical exercise. What do you dislike about BetterQA?

The automation needed some refinement whenever the product workflow changed significantly. We had to keep certain checks aligned with updated behavior, which meant some ongoing attention from the team. I’d recommend BetterQA to teams that want to take some of the pressure off their QA cycle as their product grows. Their automation support can make recurring checks easier to handle and help the team catch unintended changes without having to start the same testing process from scratch each time. As the product continued to change, repeatedly checking the same functionality manually was becoming harder to manage.
