"Building a More Dependable Testing Routine for an Evolving Digital Product"
5/5
What do you like best about BetterQA?

What I liked most was the practical focus of BetterQA's automation work. The tests were built around functionality that mattered to the product rather than being treated as a separate technical exercise. Having those checks available for repeated runs gave the QA and development teams a more consistent way to verify existing functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterQA?

The automation needed some refinement whenever the product workflow changed significantly. We had to keep certain checks aligned with updated behavior, which meant some ongoing attention from the team. Still, that maintenance was reasonable compared with repeatedly performing the same verification manually whenever a new version was prepared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
