"Seamless Payroll Integration and Intuitive Setup with Betterment"

What do you like best about Betterment at Work?

Betterment integrates seamlessly with our payroll system and reduces manual work on my end. The interface is intuitive and simple to use. Getting set up with Betterment was easy, we had an onboarding specialist who guided us through set up, and they've given us continued support when I've had questions or run into issues. What do you dislike about Betterment at Work?

We ran into one issue where Betterment was automatically enrolling interns, even though interns are not eligible to participate in our plan. I did end up finding a workaround by turning off their payroll sync. It's a bit annoying because I have to manually deactivate them, but since we don't have too many interns this isn't too much work at this stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Betterment at Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem that Betterment solved for us is direct integration with our payroll provider, Rippling. I no longer have to manually enroll and remove employees, and I no longer have to submit manual payroll reports to our 401k provider. This has reduced my workload and also greatly reduced the possibility for errors. So far, employees have had an easy time using the Betterment system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
