What do you like best about BetterCloud?

I appreciate that BetterCloud provides really powerful tools to automate and build workflows to handle various processes. It allows us to manage Gmail signatures for Google Workspace, ensuring all our signatures are standard and look professional across the organization. I also like how it lets us view and access data on things like files and folders, and alerts us when someone shares something externally, which is super useful for protecting private information. What do you dislike about BetterCloud?

I have a few issues with BetterCloud, mainly around integrations. There are some platforms we use that don't have an integration with BetterCloud. Also, some of the integrations we do have lack the full functionality we wish was available; certain functions and features we would like to use don't exist yet. I will say however that every time I have mentioned a gap in functionality to the BetterCloud team they are quick to document it and send the recommendation to their internal team to be considered for a future product release. I appreciate the ability to bulk-create and update accounts, which really streamlines my workflow. The customizable workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and managing learner accounts are also excellent, as they help ensure that no important steps are overlooked. Recently, I started using it to assist with Google Drive audits and have found it very helpful—there are fewer steps involved compared to using Google alone. What do you like best about BetterCloud?

My favorite thing about BetterCloud is that you can build workflows to automate common admin tasks, even across SaaS applications. This bit of planning can help save you from carpal tunnel on dull repetitive actions and also from the heavier efforts of building a full script with API calls yourself. What do you dislike about BetterCloud?

The interface could definitely be better, especially for the Google Administration module. There are plenty of useful reports and functions, but they can be hard to read or use at times when the titles are truncated or fields only display a small number of characters. Today we primarily use it to overcome the operational limitations of the Google Workspace Admin console, particularly multi-step processes like user offboarding and account security.
