I love how easy it is to automate onboarding and offboarding tasks with BetterCloud. It helps ensure that our new employees are set up properly and that outgoing employees are dealt with swiftly and completely. It allows us to remove access and modify all the proper settings when they leave. The ability to automate these tasks saves us a ton of time and labor when dealing with accounts as people enter and leave the organization. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, thanks to the BetterCloud onboarding team, who helped get us up and running quickly and explained all of the functionality and how to use the system. There are some integrations with certain SaaS platforms that are limited in their functionality and don't have some functions that we would prefer to use.
