What do you like best about BetterCloud?

We utilize this product to automate many of our Google Workplace needs, but it offers many other integrations if needed. Automating our workflow needs has saved us a lot of time and speeds up the onboarding process. They keep expanding their lineup and services, and the product just works. What do you dislike about BetterCloud?

What problems is BetterCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a school district and have a large number of teachers and students that need to be in certain Google groups depending on their roles. BetterCloud allows us to automate those group memberships based on their location in our Microsoft Active Directory. We also utilize BetterCloud for de-provisioning workflows that save a lot of time and effort. It's been a great product for us.
