What do you like best about BetterBugs?

Apart from the GitHub and Jira integration of BetterBugs.io (which I use the most), the MCP Server of BetterBugs.io is really good. While debugging code in VS Code (as my go-to text editor), BetterBugs.io MCP allows me to share complete context with the inbuilt-AI agent. What do you dislike about BetterBugs?

There's nothing specific in BetterBugs.io that I don't like. It's a well rounded application and I've barely experienced any significant issues that I could remember. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BetterBugs solving and how is that benefiting you?

I document SaaS products as a technical writer. So, my day-to-day work involves collaborating with developers, QAs, and PMs, whether its for documenting workflows, writing product guides, or creating API docs. With BetterBugs, I can easily report any issues or errors to my team (in the software workflow that I test and document). Plus, the BetterBugs MCP Server saves me massive much time and effort while debugging code that I write for my personal projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
