It's straightforward to see if something is wrong and begin troubleshooting immediately, rather than being unsure if something is actually down. This simplicity is cool for indie founders and support teams like ours. Additionally, I appreciate that it's pretty much free to set up, and the integration capabilities with AI models make it easier to use compared to competitors. I think the main downside for me with Better Stack is the pricing. Initially, everything was great, but as our team grew and we needed to add access or addons for the status page feature, the costs started to climb.
