What do you like best about Better Stack?

The free tier covers all my needs, even if I scale in the future. The UI is nice and polished. If I ever increase the number of domains I manage, I’d definitely consider a paid plan. For now, though, it’s more than just a “try it and see if you like it” situation—the free tier genuinely feels complete. Overall, it pretty much covers everything I’d need in a domain monitoring SaaS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Better Stack?

They could provide a bit more documentation during the registration process, especially around the limitations of the free tier. The free-tier offerings are generous, but right now you have to dig around to find the details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Better Stack solving and how is that benefiting you?

A free uptime monitoring system with custom rules! I actually check my domain by looking for the “online” bit I put in the HTML, and also the “offline” bit I added to my 500 error page. :) It’s pretty slick and does exactly what I need. Other tools' free tier lock this feature in particular behind a paywall and its nice to know that I can use better stack to make my native (online) (offline) indicators functional as well!
