I use it to transcribe notes from the many meetings I attend. For a while it was great, it would transcribe all of my meetings. However, I received an email from their support team saying that the transcribe option has been disabled by default. I tried to turn it back on but the option is no longer available. They said it was to save cost because people were not using it. What about the people who paid for it? I am disappointed. EDIT: Customer service got back to me and helped me get the transcribe option back up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
