What do you like best about BentoBox?

I would say it is super easy to use, the UI/UX is user friendly and interactive too. The features are built specifically for the restaurant business, which is great while handling orders from online, food delivery apps, and for dine in management too. Not to forget that the cx support from the team was spot on and the onboarding & implementation phase was smooth. What do you dislike about BentoBox?

Limited Customization and was slightly on the pricy side, during the times I used it. Times we struggled to integrate with other tools for managing reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BentoBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my experience I would say this tool is an all in one solution for running a restaurant business. From processing online orders to manage dine in customers to take aways, the tool pulls everything in one place, so it came handy to use it. so as a user, I don't have to rely on multiple tools to manage the business.
