"Bennie Turned Benefits from a Chore into a Breeze"

What do you like best about Bennie?

Before using Bennie, dealing with benefits was a chore. To be honest, it was the worst part of my job. Getting quotes was always very last-minute, which caused great stress and anxiety because I had a quick turnaround to get all of my new info into our HRIS system in time for open enrollment (which was a HUGE headache itself!) People were calling me for information that I didn't always have on hand about utilizing their insurance, such as which doctors were in our plan, which things were covered, etc. That has all changed since we switched to Bennie! What do you dislike about Bennie?

What problems is Bennie solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Bennie, handling benefits is now one of the easiest parts of my job. I get quotes at the earliest possible time. Bennie handles ALL my HRIS updates for open enrollment. They have an amazing app that provides all employees with the information they need at the touch of their phone, including access to their digital insurance cards. They have a help line (phone or email) that any employee can call directly to get their answers. They handle all my questions with ease and quickness. While I have one dedicated team member (who hasn't changed since we started using them), I know she has a team of people helping me with all my needs. That came in handy when we had a nightmare of an experience with a medical plan that we brought over at the time we switched to them. (It wasn't their referral.)
