Also gives me the freedom to order WHERE I want instead of only partners and affiliates. ### 2. I will say they have gotten a bit more strict on categorizations and sometimes my items are not as approved, but that is understandable. **What do you dislike about Benepass?** If they could tell us why transactions are not approved if that happens, that would be great! **What problems is Benepass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benepass helps provide employees a wellness benefit/ wellness stipend throughout the year. This helps me get my workout classes, hair appointments, etc. covered at least partially by the credit. ### 3. We really value how easy it is to offer flexible benefits that employees actually use and the reporting features. The platform is clear and easy to navigate. Their team is always quick to respond and I love the quality of their support team! They’re also proactive about improving the product, regularly rolling out updates that make the experience better for both admins and employees. It’s been a reliable and efficient tool for our team. **What do you dislike about Benepass?** One challenge we’ve run into is that the spending categories can sometimes be too broad, which makes it difficult to allow certain services or products without approving an entire category. We’ve also occasionally found, through monthly audits, that some purchases were approved outside of the intended eligible categories. It’s not a frequent issue, but it would be ideal if more granular controls were available so audits weren’t necessary. Overall, these are manageable issues, but there’s room for improvement in category management and controls. **What problems is Benepass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benepass makes it easy to manage flexible benefits in one place. We love how simple it is to set up and administer different programs, and it creates a more consistent experience for both employees and benefits admins. I look forward to spending my remaining funds on things that'll really benefit ME! Update: Still enjoying having Benepass. It was been simple to navigate and easy to use whether I use my digital/physical card or upload a receipt for reimbursement after the fact. **What do you dislike about Benepass?** So far I haven't had any issues!! They do not understand our company policies, which has led to misunderstandings about what is and isn't covered. They denied something that is clearly covered at the end of the year, so the benefit was lost. **What problems is Benepass solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benepass doesn't solve problems for me; it creates issues that didn't exist before by misunderstanding our company policies and coverage, leading to denied reimbursements and lost benefits. **Official Response from Justin Traasdahl:** > Hi Alex, thank you for sharing this feedback.
