What do you like best about benefitsCONNECT?

What do you dislike about benefitsCONNECT?

It could use a fresher look, and some of the set-up is not very intuitive. It could be easier to roll forward plans come renewal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering benefitsCONNECT:

Keep up the good work; make product updates to BCEnroll and Bc4 as well. I also think the ACAManager too could be more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is benefitsCONNECT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Offering online enrollment to smaller companies. We have been able to manage Ben. Adm in-house. It has helped us with our sales presentations as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
