My team finds it extremely useful to upload client data directly into the BenefitPoint database instead of having to keep everything in Excel spreadsheets. The ability to download that data later and transform it also helps us make more informed business decisions.

It can feel a bit visually outdated, which isn’t the worst thing in the world. Navigation can be cumbersome at times, since certain data can be tucked away, and if you aren’t familiar with the system it can be hard to find what you need.
