What do you like best about BenefitPoint?

Been using BenefitPoint for 10+ years and this has made managing our client base so much easier than our last product. We could not manage our clients without this program. And because it integrated with our customer system on the opposite side of the house (property/liability), you get a holistic view of your client. What do you dislike about BenefitPoint?

We would love to use the RFP module but our carriers in our market refuse to use it, so its of no value to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BenefitPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the big and recent wins is an embedded revenue tracking mechanism. Now that this is housed in our BenefitPoint system, there is no "outside" program to use, no going back/forth on data and creating/re-creating when you need to modify a policy or name.
