What do you like best about Benefitfocus?

Working with our relationship manager and helping us stay on par with Open Enrollment. The system is very user friendly for admins and for employees. Very happy with what we have seen over the past few years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Benefitfocus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having an open platform that helps with communication and ease of use to get our employees signed up for benefits and other changes. Helping employees with the burden of open enrollment and enrolling in benefits for the first time makes is so much smoother and the ease of use with the application (App) is great.
