What do you like best about Benchmark?

I like that I can go to one site, provide job title, information and location and receive a salary range for my ideal candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Benchmark?

I wish I had more time to dive into the tool and explore more. Most recently with COVID, I have not been able to contact customer service and that has been tough when you need questions answered immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Benchmark:

Most recently I have found that my salaries seem low. I've had to compare my results to other sources, like DOL statistics, my local CareerSource board, and I've conducted mini salary surveys amongst my peers. The product is also expensive. Customer Service has not met my standards during COVID Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Benchmark solving and how is that benefiting you?
