It’s a helpful service that lets me send prayer letters to supporters all over the world. I also like being able to see the engagement from people who receive the letters. When I first started using it, the Benchmark folks were quick to answer my questions and provide step-by-step instructions, which made getting started much easier.

The UI is intuitive and easy to learn, and I appreciate that I can use the free service. Overall, the app performs well: sending letters is straightforward, and it’s easy to build different links within the letters for integration with social media apps. Since I only use the app every other month, I haven’t really used the AI aspect or the app’s intelligence features yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I know they have added the sign up form templates. But I am seeking just the ability to get a QR code that can be added to snail mail letters that I also send out, in hopes more snail mail folks would sign up for emails. So far I have not figured out how to do that.

I would also like the option to resend my email 2-3 days later to non-openers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
