"Human Risk Scoring That Actually Moves the Needle"

What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

Beauceron's per-user Human Risk Score changes the client conversation immediately. Instead of showing leadership a course completion percentage, we can point to actual risk posture by individual, department, or location — and demonstrate movement over time. The dashboard is clean enough that non-technical stakeholders can read it without interpretation, which is rare in security tooling and saves us a slide in every executive briefing.

The adaptive phishing simulations adjust difficulty based on real user behavior, automatically routing high-risk individuals into targeted remedial training. In K-12 environments where IT teams are stretched thin, that automation is the difference between a program that sustains itself and one that collapses after the first rollout cycle.

Directory sync with Google Workspace and Entra ID kept deployment fast — user provisioning and group assignments stay current without a separate admin workflow, which meant we were live and generating risk data within days, not weeks.

From a cost justification standpoint, the per-user risk scoring gives procurement committees something tangible: a before/after risk profile rather than a seat license renewal conversation. What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

The reporting interface, while functional, takes some navigation to get to the views that matter most for executive audiences. A more configurable summary dashboard — something a district superintendent or board member could glance at without needing a walkthrough — would reduce the last mile of internal selling we sometimes have to do on their behalf. What problems is Beauceron Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

The core problem we were solving is one most organizations don't articulate cleanly: compliance-based security awareness training produces certificates, not behavior change. Our clients — particularly in education and public sector — were running annual training cycles, checking the box, and still experiencing phishing incidents from the same user profiles year over year.

Beauceron shifted that model. We can now identify the specific individuals and departments carrying disproportionate risk, target them with adaptive content, and show measurable score improvement over a 60-90 day window. That before/after risk profile is what turns a renewal conversation into a straightforward ROI discussion rather than a budget fight.

On the advisory side, it's also changed how we position security awareness as a service. Instead of selling "training," we're selling a risk reduction program with a dashboard that speaks to leadership — which shortens the internal approval cycle on the client side and strengthens our position as a strategic advisor rather than just a vendor passing through a license.
