"Beacon Revolutionized Our RFP and Bidding Process"

What do you like best about Beacon Bid?

Beacon has been a game changer for our team’s RFPs and ITBs. It helps take an idea and turn it into a clear, well-structured document, while also offering helpful suggestions on areas that could use additional clarification. All features are simple to use. Since we started using Beacon, we’ve noticed that prospective bidders have far fewer questions. Alexis was instrumental in getting us started and continues to follow up, which speaks to the excellent customer service Beacon provides. What do you dislike about Beacon Bid?

What problems is Beacon Bid solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team handles all our RFPs and ITBs in house. We noticed that at our mandatory pre-bid meetings, prospective bidders had a lot of questions. Our goal was to streamline the process and put more information in the bid to provide more clarification to our potential bidders.
