What do you like best about Bchex?

I have had a positive experience using the BCHEX background portal. Overall, I find it to be a helpful and efficient tool for managing the background check process.

UI / UX

The portal is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The layout is organized, and it is simple to locate the information I need without having to search through multiple screens. I also like that the status of background checks is clearly displayed, which makes it easier to keep track of where each candidate is in the process.

Integrations

I appreciate how BCHEX helps streamline the background check process and fits into our overall workflow. Having information centralized in one place reduces the need for additional manual tracking and helps make the process more efficient.

What do you dislike about Bchex?

One area I find challenging with Bchex is the overall layout and organization, particularly within the Orders section. The navigation can feel somewhat difficult to follow, and it is not always intuitive to locate information quickly.

I also find it difficult to find older orders. When I need to go back and reference a previous order, the process can be time-consuming, and it would be helpful to have a more streamlined way to search, filter, and access historical orders. Improving the organization and search functionality would make the system much more user-friendly and efficient, especially when working with a large volume of orders.

What problems is Bchex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bchex is helping us significantly improve our turnaround time by streamlining the background check process. Candidates are able to complete their background information electronically, and once the check is completed, the results are made available to us immediately. This eliminates much of the back-and-forth and waiting that can occur with traditional background check processes.

Having access to results quickly allows us to make decisions faster and keep candidates moving through the hiring process without unnecessary delays. It also helps our HR team work more efficiently because we can easily monitor the status of background checks and receive completed results in a timely manner. Overall, Bchex has helped create a faster, more convenient process for both our candidates and our HR team while reducing the amount of time spent waiting for or following up on background checks.
