Our "link in bio" solution for Instagram is also ultra-slick and a lot more professional than some of the free options our competitors use, and we're able to link to more than just products on our website. This means adding links to recipes, YouTube videos, landing pages and more - we aren't just limited to product tags like we are in native Instagram. The insights are visually exciting, and make for great screenshots for leadership presentations. As an added bonus, the social publishing and scheduling features are intuitive and easy to use. The support from Bazaarvoice has always been quick - something that's really important when you're working with a large team like we do. **What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?** Some recent changes have made the once seamless login process a little clunky, there's 2 extra steps before you reach the actual home page. Because of how vast the tool is, it can take a while to get the hang of where all the features live. And each change to the UX means trying to relearn it all. I strongly recommend doing the formal training with Bazaarvoice each time a new member onboards. **What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hundred of our customers tag us in their social pictures every day - we needed a way to capitalise on that, and use their content as a springboard for conversions. Bazaarvoice allows us to pull the best content into our website and let their images like directly to our products. Instagram links are notoriously tricky and through Bazaarvoice we've managed to circumnavigate some of the problems - now one post can link to many different places, and customers can click back on posts that are 3 weeks old without worrying that the links have been replaced. ### 25. I often wish we leveraged more content out of what we can get from Social Commerce, but that's an internal option that we have decided. **What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use this solution to monitor and leverage social media posts, and add that content to our website in various places.
