**What do you like best about Bazaarvoice?**

They are the top player in the space they operate and we have been using them for over 5 years. I love their try it program and how easy it is to get reviews on your website that also sync out to big retailers. Also appreacite the social commerce IG microsites we use through them and that they are constantly adding technology/benefits to their products. Customer service is helpful!!!

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

they send an invoice and then a week later send an email about payment. We have been with them for over 5 years, have always paid everything, yet they are always breathing down our throats.

**What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helping us easily get reviews on our site and our retailers sites as well as their IG microsite.

**What do you like best about Bazaarvoice?**

The all-in-one platform that allows our business to manage and respond to customer content such as questions and reviews makes everything quick and easy. The system of sampling reviews and mapping to the proper UPCs is very intuitive and easy to manage. The support staff is always very responsive and helpful, they are thorough in their investigations and always follow up in a timely manner to ensure we are always updated with the latest developments. I like how available the platform and staff are, we submit campaigns frequently and are always using the portal to monitor customer feedback and answer their questions. The setup and implementation of new campaigns is very simple and intuitive. They provide a lot of opportunities in the campaign submissions to provide instructions and details for exactly what you need from them. Syndicating the content to our different retail partners is very easy as they integrate with almost all major retailers and managing the content across platforms is very simple thanks to their portal.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

On rare occasions, content from a listing on a retailer's website will stop syndicating to our portal. Customer Support is usually very quick with their investigation and correction of the issue.

**What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Launching new products is much easier thanks to the review management system. It is also much easier to identify trends in product reviews thanks to the portal's search and filtering features. The portal allows us to service and assist customers easier than ever before and their assistance has allowed us to grow our business exponentially through increased sales as well as saving us countless hours on customer service and review management thanks to their streamlined system.

**What do you like best about Bazaarvoice?**

We like that Bazaarvoice syndicates with our partners (mostly) - and that's the only reason we've worked with them because they syndicate with us and international partners.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

Bizarre voice is expensive. We've found better partners for review collection and sampling thankfully but they have a monopoly on syndicating to retailers both US and Intentionally. They don't offer English to other language syndication though.

Supposed to help collect reviews and share those reviews across various partners

Aside from Amazon, the Bazaarvoice syndication spans across all of the major, important, household e-tailers. This is an extremly important consideration, and the primary reason that I would recommend Bazaarvoice.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

Unfortunately, the quality of reviews left by members of the Bazaarvoice community are lacking. The reviews are lazy, uninspiring, lack detail, and the photos left by reviewers are oftentimes of the outside of an unopened product box or simply a screen shot of the product online.

The ability to efficiently, legally, and reliably gather real-life reviews of our products.

Bazaar is truly remarkable, facilitating a jumpstart in the review process with multiple .com's. The software empowers you to take full ownership of your customer reviews from initiation to completion.  Bazaar is invaluable for enhancing customer impressions and driving increased product sales. Moreover, the product is remarkably easy to implement, enabling a swift start to your journey.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

The biggest frustration we have experienced is the rate at which product is reviewed.  You can expect about 30% of the free samples you sent out to not be reviewed...this adds up if you are marketing an expensive item.

**What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you launch a new .com retailer it takes time to get reviews...and reviews are what drive product sales.  Sending out samples to get this review process kick started is huge in quickly taking a new product to market.

It is pretty seamless to work with Bazaar Voice. They answer issues quickly and getting the reviews is a very simple process.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

I wish they would put stricter guidelines on the reviews and what is tollerable. I have seen some people use our product not for its intended purposes and then give it a bad review when it doesnt work.

We are able to get more reviews in a quicker amount of time which helps product visibility.

We’ve seen similar situations with other brands, and they’ve used feedback to their advantage in several ways, such as updating product instructions, creating how-to videos, and encouraging customers to post videos of themselves using the products. **What do you like best about Bazaarvoice?**

I do like the support staff at Bazaarvoice. They have been helpful in responding fairly quickly or staying in touch when an issue takes months to resolve.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

I dislike the push on our brand to leverage Social, the changes to the UI of the BV portal, and the dissasociation of Power reviews. It is not our job as a brand to reach out to retailers on a vendors behalf. We would've appreciated a more thorough understanding as to why the power reviews agreement was not going to pull through that the two parties could not agree to. Our parternship over the last year has gone through many pains that has not lead us to believe that Bazaarvoice is looking out for the brands best interest anymore.

It condenses the product questions and reviews for our products from different retailer stores, all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

There's a notable delay time from the moment the customer's submit their questions and responses, and the moment we are able to see them at Bazaarvoice. The delay may range from 30 minutes to about 3 hours. Additionally, any changes on the responses posted by our team may take a few hours to be updated.

**What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our Reputation Management team to see, respond and take a record of all the questions, comments and reviews for our products through different online stores. It also allows us to identify common and recurring problems in certain products, so we can keep a record of them and provide a resolution for our consumers. It helps us maintain a good quality of our products, and establishes a reliable contact from the company to the consumers.

With BazaarVoice, we get genuine reviews from real people trying the real products.

The process to get the campain launched is too lengthy. And the time we need to spend filling up the campaign request form is unacceptable. I wish there was an easy one click spreadsheet upload function, and the campaings are launched in a day or two max.

I like getting e mail notifcations anytime there is a question on our products or a negative review. Being able to reach out to the end user in real time allows us to know if there are issues with our products and to provide top notch customer service.

Their platform is a little difficult to navigate at first and looks dated, so it could use a refresh to be more user friendly, however, once you get used to it, it is fine.

The sales pitch was wrong.  We were told platforms that were included that simply were not.  This has since been corrected and contracts adjusted, but it was an endeavor to argue/debate and get to a place where a reasonable business person would've been satisfied.

Only downside was in seeking help to seperate our brand from a similar named brand also using the service. We received some reviews for products that were not ours

I love the preview and schedulign features of Bizaarvoice. You can preview the post as you're writing it, connect it to the L2B feature and even add UTM tracking perameters for easy tracking if that's what your team need.s

The only complaint I have is the pricing for adding additional licenses.

The customer support ticket process "client care" is very quick to respond when my team and I need help either with a sampling program or within the portal itself. In addition, to getting reviews across our own branded websites Bazaarvoice offers retailer syndication that has helped out business tremendously show-up with strong digital SEO.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

My only negative would be communication downward from the team on portal changes and nagivating said changes to be equipt to best perform and utilize the portal tools.

Solving for sampling our products for ratings and reviews on new innovation hitting market. It's helping us understand customer sentiment around products from an array of attributes i.e. flavor, form, taste, size, etc. Lastly, Bazaarvoice is displaying our reviews and working with our website teams to show ratings and reviews on our website and providing insight reporting on retailer networks.

**What do you like best about Bazaarvoice?**

The best thing about bazaarvoice is how user friendly the portal is. Super quick and easy and gives you the information that customers are writting about of your product. Definitely helps to adjust our items according to customers preferences. It also helps a lot that it includes a large majorty of major websites.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

Definitely a feature in which we can private message the customer regarding negative reviews so we can help with their issue. It would also be helpful for us to communication to the actual retailer about it as well. A feature when we both chat with the customer at the same time to help solve their issues.

Definitely being more proactive with the end consumer and answering indepth questions about our products. Bazaarvoice gives us insight on what information we can include when adding new items to any customer website.

**What do you like best about Bazaarvoice?**

I love that Bazaarvoice is pretty much a one-stop shop for responding to reviews & Q&A's. Can you imagine me going to 16 separate retailers daily to respond to reviews?! I'm so grateful that Bazaarvoice compiles everything for me so I can get my work done as effectively as possible.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

I wish the searchability was easier and I would love an updated interface. it seems a little outdated. I tried reaching out to Customer Service the other day through the connections portal and never got a response but when I sent a separate email, I almost immediately got a response.

**What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to see all of my retailers in one spot. They make it super easy to quickly click on the listing so I can easily navigate there and see the product if needed. I save so much time by using Bazaarvoice. It would take me so much time if I had to go to the retailer directly or if I had to google search for each product.

**What do you like best about Bazaarvoice?**

The syndication Bazaarvoice offers was really useful for us since we sell the same product across multiple brands. This feature allows users feedback to show on different sites even though they only filled it out on one particular site.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

Bazaarvoice's biggest flaw is their user interface. There are multiple login screens that require multiple username/password combinations. They are currently working on this issue. The next largest flaw is their workflow process around addressing concerns around existing integrations. There was a bug created by their code on our website, flooding our log center with messages and their response was to not use their product features and charge us more to use an updated alternative that might resolve the issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Bazaarvoice:**

If you are considering Bazaarvoice, take a look at PowerReviews as well. Bazaarvoice made sense to us and they show us quarterly that we are getting a nice return on investment. The users that engage with this platform have a higher chance of converting versus users who only visited the page.

**What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for user reviews since they help customers finalize their purchasing decisions. This product has filled that void for us, and their other offerings, such as product seeding programs, may help jump-start reviews on products that have a hard time getting proper feedback from users.

**What do you like best about Bazaarvoice?**

As a supplier of products to a national retailer this platform allows us one place to keep track of all the reviews. We like that we can respond to customer reviews quickly and easily. It is fully integrated to the retailers website and I understand if our products were at other participating retailers the reviews could be linked. We are frequently on the dashboard looking at the reviews and using them to improve the product.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

Right now we are getting access to products from other suppliers so it clutters up our dashboard, but I am sure customer support will get that worked out.

**What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When reviews from customers are created for our products we are able to provide quick responses. The responses are published so it provides a new element of trust.

There are many things to like about Bazaarvoice but I find that their Customer Support and Ease of Use are their best traits.  Any time that I ever need support, their team is quick to step in and give knowledgeable responses with exceptional context to help understand the situation even further.  I truly appreciate knowing that I can enter a ticket and that I will have a response within 24 hours every time.

I don't often need to reach out to BV customer service team, but my recent experience in doing so has solidifed my opinion on the software. Quick responses and fast resolutions - resolved my issue within 24hours.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

The only down side is we no long have a dedicated rep for social commerce, but have not found it to harm us in anyway so far.

Easy connection and showcasing reviews. Also, social commerce is a great addiiton to showcase UGC on site and marketing channels - the interface is pretty user-friendly as well.

Sometimes it's easy to get lost in all the data since there is so much of it. The data is also scattered in different areas so its hard to be organized.

I like Bazaarvoice because it comunicates between the supplier and the consumer either by compliments, issues, or questions about a product. In this way, we can make updates to the published SKU.

Some of the downsides is that it is difficult to build the product catalog and I occasionally need to reach out to our account manager to resolve issues with syndication.

This tool is great for UGC rights management and UGC asset library - easy to use and easy to integrate, we use it daily for this function. Customer support tends to be fairly responsive as well.

Social scheduling is a bit clunky and analytics were lacking compared to some other options, so we ended up moving away from scheduling and analytics on this platform

We have had a great experience utilizing Bazaarvoice for sampling campaigns, including the social commerce integration to garner UGC. We run campaigns roughly monthly. The communication with the support team is easy, and they always respond in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

Previously, all campaigns were managed through email threads, which made it difficult to keep track of overlapping timelines. However, Bazaarvoice just launched a new dashboard where all campaigns can be initiated and monitored. It is much easier to track the progress and review the content that has been submitted.

BazaarVoice allows us to generate reviews for new product launches. We are able to have a higher quantity and quality of reviews to build consumer confidence in a product. BazaarVoice also provides user-generated content for us to utilize on our social platforms.

I like that we are able to share our reviews with our customers on our own website, but also across a variety of our third party retail partners. It makes the process seamless for us, and a better experience for the customer.

It is definitely costly to use, and you really need to also invest in reviews generation. The team was sometimes hard to reach when getting everything launched, but things have been good since then.

Really.. nothing. Some CS reps are helpful. Tech onboarding needs so much work though. Just awful. Even my seasoned developer has had issues understanding what's needed and that really confusing knowledgebase. No thanks.. Begging my company to change providers. Customer support is okay, but not if it's technical.

**What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?**

Knowledgebase is so confusing. Technical onboarding is not helpful. Onboarding a new product takes months longer than planned... and we've only got a few products. I can't imagine how bad it is for companies with hundreds of products. I would never recommend BV to anyone. Also, the interface is basically from 1998. It's not user-friendly, it's clunky and we've been asking for updates for years and it takes them years to update anything. They had a popup on their login page from 3 years ago. Reporting is sad.

They are displaying our reviews on a reviews page. Outside of that, it's so much trouble to even get to that point, that it's ridiculous.

Seamless ability to target and fulfill large amount of sampling for reviews and high-percentage of participation for our reviews.

A bit expensive. All of our syndicated reviews are artificially lower because star-only reviews are not syndicated, only ones with text and images.

Syndicating reviews with major retailers so that we automatically populate healthy reviews. This helps with on-boarding new customers and pitching new deals.
