It is incredibly simple to set up the reviews, and they integrate well with the website and look like they belong there. It also shows the viewer that the review was left by a confirmed business, eliminating any worry that they are viewing a bot review. On top of the review program itself, the customer support is by far the best I've ever experienced. The bayreview team always responds to any concerns I have within a few hours with a solution, and if it's a complex issue, they schedule a call to go through the solution side by side with you!
