I love Batipi's live on-screen annotation tool, which lets our architects and freelance engineering consultants draw directly on construction drawings during client calls. Recording these sessions preserves feedback for our project archives, which is super helpful. Without dedicated IT, the browser-based access is a blessing, letting participants join quickly without heavy downloads. This feature truly removes friction, helping us keep our projects on track with minimal follow-up and extended email chains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest shortfall of Batipi is its weak handling of large, high-resolution architectural blueprints. Screen sharing can lag and blur fine linework during calls. It also lacks native transcription for client review calls, so I have to manually take notes after sessions. There's no integration with our design project tracker either, which means I have to download meeting recordings and link them manually, adding extra admin work. Without any in-house IT, this adds stress to our tight project timelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
