I use BatchGeo to identify a small or large group of properties for various tasks. All you have to do is create a simple spreadsheet of desired fields that are in addition to the address fields. For my clients, it is extremely useful to show multiple property proximity and multiple details for each property. Details can essentially be any field you want to create - i.e. address fields, taxes, rent, - whatever you need for a customized report. For my Real Estate business, I upload my client database and can easily pinpoint where a client lives and have custom field that help me with my business.
