The fact that I could have my mail delivered at a particular time of the day helps me stay away from distractions, as there are multiple things I'll be dealing with in a day. I have scheduled to have my emails come in when I start my work so that I can prioritize my tasks and not move away from them. Batched inbox has helped me stay productive.
