What do you like best about Basware AP Protect?

You have an overview of all invoices and their status at the click of a button You can quickly organise invoice information in the order you want it Provides a full audit trail of approval for managers/auditors Eliminates the need to file paper invoices saving time All invoices are approved correctly through a simple workflow Easy to use for everyone in the business, not just Finance Integrates easily with Oracle R12 Certain invoices can be auto coded saving time and improving accuracy You can attach supporting documents to invoices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Basware AP Protect?

You cannot read attached email .msg files they have to be saved in another format Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Basware AP Protect solving and how is that benefiting you?

No office storage space required for documents which reduces archiving costs Invoice data is secure and cannot be lost or destroyed Process to pay time is reduced meaning suppliers are paid on time Information can be viewed easily by all users without contacting AP Reduced AP headcount by a third as a result of implementation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
