What do you like best about Baseline?

I like how personal the relationship is. Baseline’s CEO works directly with clients and fits the product to our needs, so the platform matches how we work and we didn’t have to change our process to fit it. What do you dislike about Baseline?

The only thing I’d mention is that the platform may take a little getting used to for people who aren’t very tech-savvy. It isn’t always intuitive at first, so less computer-comfortable team members might need some extra time or guidance. Baseline’s team has been very responsive and helpful, though, and once you get the hang of it, it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Baseline solving and how is that benefiting you?

We moved to Baseline because our previous software wasn’t calculating LTV correctly, and that vendor wasn’t responsive or willing to work with us to fix it. For a lender, accurate LTV is essential, so we needed a partner we could rely on. Baseline gave us that.
