What do you like best about Basecamp?

The To-Do section for a given project is the thing I used most, and I LOVE how it keeps track, eternally (via the archive, etc) of when requests were made, etc. The fact that I can keep info in a certain thread helps with organization as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Basecamp?

I would like to have a better means of keeping track of "Hey" notifications that I can't respond to right away but still need to work on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Basecamp:

This platform's interface is reminiscent of Facebook in the way you can tag other users, make announcements and track posts. I find it to be intuitive and easy to train new users on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Basecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?

My job involves tracking a great number of names in a database so having a way to discuss what is going on with each name is incredibly useful. I like the accountability it allows as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
