What do you like best about Basecamp?

Cannot be beaten for the price! I use it a lot and got my entire team and colleagues to use it too. Integration with email is great. It is intuitive and simple. Clean interface and iphone app is good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Basecamp?

I wish it could produce more varied reporting, such as tasks per person or progress bars for each task. It is hard to have a complete view of the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Basecamp solving and how is that benefiting you?

My major problem is working with vendors and internal staffers around the world in a variety of tasks and documenting extensive technical discussions without having to fish out a ton of emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
