Basecamp makes it so easy to manage projects. You can keep track of all conversations about each project, including each individual to-do. The interface is intuitive and they let you invite everyone from your team without charging you extra. You can even add people as "clients" if they're outside your organization to share related projects with them. You can even give "boosts" to people's posts, which is great for when you're busy and want to shoot a quick "Thanks" or emoji. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While you can export your assignments to your Google Calendar (absolutely wonderful feature), it's hard to see everyone's schedule on one calendar. Instead, you just see your own to-dos. A previous version of Basecamp had a way better calendar view that made it easy to see everything on your team's plate at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
