I think the interface is pretty user-friendly but I appreciate that they are always listening to ideas and implementing those changes. They also have a wonderful team that I really enjoy working with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that it is somewhat confusing to use. It is straightforward in some ways but there is a lot of roundabout ways of doing things as well and not a ton of personalization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
