What do you like best about Barracuda Managed XDR?

I really liked the threat hunting portion of it. The ability to see security alerts, especially when they come across in email form informing us of specific issues going on was very important.

The UI was pretty clean and straightforward, we found it easy to use. It integrated pretty well with the barracuda environment so we had no issues there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Barracuda Managed XDR?

Barracuda Managed XDR gets the job done, but your overall experience will heavily depend on your existing tech stack and operational setup. If you are already fully invested in the Barracuda ecosystem and want an off-the-shelf SOC to handle alert noise without extra overhead, it delivers solid value right out of the box. However, if your team prefers deep, hands-on control, flexible custom policies, or relies heavily on a complex mix of third-party tools, the modular portal structure and rigid integration boundaries can feel a bit restrictive over time.
