Barracuda's email protection services are some of the best I've used - not only in terms of the actual spam and phishing protection, but also in terms of ease-of-use for both the user and the administrators. The panel offers a great deal of flexibility allowing us to configure the filters to our need, make any exceptions or blocks needed, and very quickly diagnose why specific mail was or wasn't blocked. It integrates well with our existing mail environment and our existing SSO to allow for easy access as well. Whenever we have had to get in touch with Barracuda for any occasional issue (which is quite rare!) they have always responded very quickly and resolved the issue within 24 hours of our contact. There isn't really much to say! The admin panel might be a little slow, but after all it is an email panel meant to help you diagnose across tens of thousands of emails or thousands of policies, etc. and they are making improvements on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
