I enjoy that the interface is easy to use, and that the product does what it is supposed to do which is backup our cloud based hosted Microsoft 365 mailboxes and our Entra ID's. The integration to Microsoft 365 was easy to setup and so far has been really reliable. The performance is good and show no noticeable signs that it slows down our network in any way. The pricing is reasonable and feel we get good value for the money spent. The support from Barracuda is always very helpful and they always answer my questions quickly and in a way I can understand.
