What do you like best about Banyan Technology?

I had an excellent experience with the customer service team from start to finish. The support staff was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Setting up the account was quick and straightforward, with clear instructions and a very user-friendly system. Any questions I had were answered promptly, making the onboarding process smooth and stress-free. What do you dislike about Banyan Technology?

We have had an excellent experience with Banyan. The platform is very user-friendly, the account setup process was seamless, and the customer support team has been outstanding every step of the way. The system has helped streamline our transportation and freight processes while providing great visibility and efficiency. At this time, we have not experienced any significant downsides or dislikes with the platform and have been very pleased with the overall performance and support. What problems is Banyan Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?

Banyan has been a great partner for CMI and has helped us better manage our freight operations, expenses, and reporting processes. The platform is user-friendly, the implementation and account setup were smooth, and the customer service support has been excellent throughout the process. Banyan has improved visibility into our transportation data and provided tools that help drive efficiency and cost management.
