What I find most helpful with BambooHR is that I can create any of our documents into a signature page for our oncoming staff or current staff to read, review and sign; it becomes a part of their permanent files. BambooHR has made our onboarding process much easier, especially with separate office locations. All documents can be uploaded and personalized for each new hire, and once completed, those documents are automatically uploaded into their files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When sending out announcements, I would love to be able to select employees by name and not departments or job titles. When creating documents into a signature page, I would love to be able to choose what I would like the area to become and highlight that area, and not have to click and drag the boxes.
