I use BambooHR for my HRIS, benefits administration, payroll, performance management, communication, and eNPS. It makes it easy to keep all of our information in one place, process payroll, and handle benefits enrollment, which makes the day to day work of HR much easier. The platform is very customizable and user friendly. I am able to create fields to capture the data I want to help my organization. The customer service can't be beat, they are always available to quickly solve any problem I may have. It also integrates easily with other platforms like recognition and insurance.
