BambooHR is an extremely user friendly application. It is very easy to operate. It provides all the information regarding a complete over view of the data and analytics of the people working as employees in your organization. It gives an efficient hiring process through ATS as well as mobile hiring app making it very easy for the recruiters to invest their right talent for the suitable job. It provides an efficient on boarding system in addition to electronic signatures which provides less paperwork and more people-to-communication. It provides regular employee performance management which encourages the employees and also helps them to improve the area where they lack. It provides company calendars, organization charts, performance reviews, customization services, user support, directory of all employees, keeps record of employees on and off days and helps you keep up with the new employees. It also gives all the compensation offers information available through time tracking, PTO, TRAXPAYROLL to keep the people updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about BambooHR? It is a bit time consuming as to make sure the data of each employee is accurate. The alert options should be improved. The File section is less organized. Mobile app lacks a bit in functionality and should be kept up to date. The option to integrate with other tools is not very appealing. This application is not suitable for large size companies.
