I have had some difficulty with payroll, especially with regard to tax account setup and making any corrections. This was particularly painful on account setup but has been an issue that comes up a few times a year, especially if there are any changes to state tax accounts. I also wish there were more flexibility with payroll reports. I like some things about the benefits add-on, but other things do not meet our needs (no signed forms, I find open enrollment clunky to navigate, need signed waivers). I also do not like the way I-9 forms are done. I do not want to pay for an add-on and the fill-in form is not reliable, so sometimes I have had to resort to paper forms. Our previous provider had a much more standarized and clear process for candidates that resulted in fewer errors (for example sometimes the candidate will complete the I-9 form fully in BHR and then. I will not be able to see a signature or the SSN will be missing even the the candidate says they signed and a signature was mandatory). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
