BambooHr is a very nice product when it comes to payroll and approving staff leave, and it clearly shows how much leave each team member has left. We can also see all approved leave and any pending requests. It helps managers keep track of things smoothly, and we can view our promotion slips as well as any policy-change documents we’ve signed.

Overall, the usability is good, although having custom themes would be great. I tried using the API, but it seems to require admin rights only. Performance-wise, it’s fast. The AI is also good; I use the Slack bot, and it answers questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you offered a custom UI design option or a built-in UI builder, that would be great. I’d also like an API that any authenticated user can use, so we can consume data (like leaves, etc.) and do calculations in our apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
