What do you like best about BambooHR?

What I like best about BambooHR is how informative, user-friendly, and fun it is to use. It helps me stay connected with the people in our organization by showing important details like birthdays and personal bios where employees can share their hobbies, favorite books, and other interests. I also really like the interactive organizational chart, which makes it easy to explore the company structure and see how different teams and roles connect. What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

BambooHR makes it easier to stay informed about what's happening within the organization, such as knowing who is on leave or out for the day and helping us anticipate who may need to cover their responsibilities. It also makes it easier to get to know our colleagues, understand the company structure, and see how different teams connect.
