I like how it shows all the important data on the home page, such as who is out, what events are coming up, and my leave information and balances. The site is very fast and looks nice. The customer support team is also very good at resolving issues. Recently, the platform introduced AI to make the site easier to understand, and I feel that my company, Coresight, has a good ROI for the price they have paid for the Bamboo HR subscription. At times, BambooHR can feel a bit limited in terms of customization and reporting. It could be easier to find certain information, and some tasks take a few extra clicks than they should.
