I like how easy it is to access the platform, request time off, and have visibility into my colleagues and the people I lead. I'd like to highlight the feature to calculate PTO balances with the built-in calculator. I also like, as a manager, that I'm able to track all my team's time off, birthdays, and other important information within the same platform. I also like the integration that it has with other systems such as Google Calendar so it's easy for us to have all the information in one place. The platform is always working well and the UI is very friendly. The Bamboo support is also something to highlight as they answer all the requests in a prompt way.
