What do you like best about BambooHR?

The best thing about BambooHR is how easy it is to set up tasks that support employee onboarding and offboarding. You can also store information about employees’ assets (such as computers, mobile devices, etc.). On top of that, BambooHR’s UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about BambooHR?

I’d say the only thing missing is an integration with Google Workspace, which is what we use. I noticed there used to be one, but after Google changed from G Suite to Workspace, a new integration unfortunately wasn’t implemented in the Marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’d say the task completion for onboarding and offboarding saves me a lot of time, since I only have to check that section when I onboard or offboard an employee. Also, being able to easily see all the necessary employee details without having full admin permissions is very beneficial compared to other solutions I’ve used, which had issues with granular permissions.
