The UI looks clean and includes nearly all the information an employee needs. Performance is also solid. Support and onboarding are decent, but the signup and account-creation flow could be improved, since a single account can be linked to multiple emails, which creates confusion. The AI features are nice as well, and the ROI seems good for the platform. I haven’t connected it with other tools yet, so I can’t comment on integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest issue I had with the platform was during sign-up. My account ended up being linked to both my personal and office email addresses, which was confusing and made it unclear which one I should use.
